1. Arrival and Departure.
The Property Manager will expect you on Saturday between 16.00 and 19.00 hours. If you are late, you must advise the Property Manager.
You must leave the premises no later than 10.00 am on departure day, to allow time to prepare the property for future guests.
2. Security deposit.
A security deposit of $1500 or 1000 Euros is payable on arrival. This is against accidental breakages, telephone, central heating and any other extra services. It may be paid in cash, Eurocheque, Travellers cheque and refundable before your departure.
3. Services.
Maid is available upon request. The guest will be charged for the maid service a customary local fee.
The Property Manager and the Gardener will be available should any problem or request arise.
Property Manager will be also answer any question regarding the house or local services.
We provide with no extra cost use of gas, electricity, water facilities, bed linen , towels.
Washing machine is available at no extra charge.
4. Telephones. Central heating. Cleaning.
The House has a telephone, which will record the calls, to be paid before you depart from the Villa.
Gas heating is not included in the rental price and should be paid apart at the rate of 5.20 Euros per cubic meter. The amount of consumed gas will be calculated as the amount of cubic meter reflected in the gas meter at the end of the stay less the amount read at arrival.
A cleaning fee of $200 or 150 Euros applies and will be deducted from deposit.
5. Animals.
We regret that our guest cannot bring animals to Casa da Confraria.
6. Smoking.
No smoking is allowed on the premises of Casa da Confraria including the Patio and the Garden.
